On one Manheim Township residential addition, Elsa Associates prepared a complete stormwater submission within one week of authorization, and the Township approved it without comments or revisions.
Recorded Agreements and Permit Release
Many municipalities require an operation and maintenance agreement or other documents to be recorded before a permit is released. Elsa Associates prepares the required documents and coordinates recording with the Lancaster County Recorder of Deeds so the project can move forward.
