Stormwater Management Plans
Your stormwater plans show how runoff will be managed as part of the overall site design. Elsa Associates prepares plans showing drainage areas, grading, conveyance systems, stormwater facilities, construction details, and other information needed to clearly communicate the proposed design.
Calculations & Reports
Stormwater reports document the engineering behind the design. Elsa Associates prepares hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, runoff and volume analyses, facility sizing, infiltration and routing calculations, and supporting documentation required for your project and the applicable municipal or agency requirements.
Review & Approval
Elsa Associates works directly with municipal staff, reviewing engineers, conservation districts, and other agencies throughout stormwater review. Comments are addressed, calculations and plans are updated as needed, and the submission is coordinated through review as part of the overall project approval.
After Approval
Approval is not always the last step before a permit. Many municipalities also require recorded agreements, financial security, or documentation after construction, and these items can hold up a project if they are left until the end.
Elsa Associates prepares operation and maintenance agreements and coordinates their recording, prepares cost estimates for financial security when the municipality requires it, and provides as-built plans and completion certifications after construction, so the project can close out without surprises.
