Elsa Associates evaluates site grades, runoff patterns, existing drainage features, adjacent conditions, and other factors that may contribute to ponding, erosion, concentrated flows, or water near buildings. Based on those conditions, improvements may include regrading, swales, yard drains, storm piping, infiltration facilities, outlet improvements, or a combination of measures suited to your property.
Existing Stormwater Facility Inspections
Existing stormwater facilities may require periodic inspection, maintenance, and documentation as part of municipal requirements or an operation and maintenance program. Elsa Associates can inspect detention and infiltration facilities, drainage systems, and other stormwater improvements; document existing conditions; and provide inspection reports and recommendations for maintenance or corrective work when appropriate.
Plans for Construction
When improvements require a contractor or municipal approval, Elsa Associates can prepare plans showing proposed grading, drainage facilities, elevations, details, and other information needed to clearly communicate the work. The design can also be coordinated with contractors and adjusted as necessary when existing conditions are encountered during construction.
